Hi! That’s awesome that you’re spending the summer on island. I did that for most of my childhood (I wish I could do that now. Alas, full-time jobs are rather encumbering.) The 4th of July is awesome on island. I’d check out Cisco Beach during the day for a massive party atmosphere. There are fireworks off of Jetties beach that night. (Head to Steps beach for good views with fewer crowds.) The Gazebo and Straight Wharf are my go-to spots, but I’d be remiss to exclude the Chicken Box.
I’ll be up for the 4th this year visiting my family, so maybe our paths will cross!
